Welcome! Since you’ve just completed your Startup Meeting, this page will guide you through the most common Pre-Tecnical Setup requests.
These steps help ensure everything runs smoothly before your Technical Setup session.
⚠️ Important: If your concern is not listed here, it’s not part of this stage. Please return to the Main Support Page and choose the correct option.
Most Pre-Technical setup issues can be solved quickly without booking a call.
To make sure our session goes smoothly, please prepare the following before the call:
Device: Use a laptop, desktop, or Mac. (Phones/tablets are not supported — non-negotiable.)
Internet: Ensure a stable, working connection since you’ll be sharing your screen.
Permissions: Enable screensharing and recording on your computer (check your system preferences).
Logins: Have your Facebook account and email account login details ready.
📌 Without these preparations, we may not be able to complete your technical setup during the meeting.
During the Technical Setup Meeting, we will go through the following key steps to prepare your systems:
1. Stripe Setup
-Create and complete your Stripe account onboarding.
-Changing payment methods.
-Create payment links for each of your finalized packages (as discussed with your campaign manager).
2. Meta Setup
-Create your Facebook Business Page (if you don’t already have one).
-Create a Business Portfolio in Meta Business Suite.
-Add your Business Page inside the Business Manager/Portfolio.
-Create your Ad Account and add your payment card for ad spend.
-Share access (Page + Ad Account) with GetResults as a partner.
-Add the appropriate team members:
+ Your assigned campaign manager.
+ Technical Member - Kent
3. GoHighLevel (GHL) Setup
-Creating your sub-account and send the verification/invite.
-Connect the email address that will receive internal lead notifications.
-Sync your active calendar (Google/Outlook, etc.) and set up a conflict calendar.
-Ensure your 15-minute booking calendar avoids double bookings and respects your blocked times/personal obligations.
📌 By the end of this session, all core systems will be connected and ready for your campaign to run smoothly.
The duration of the setup meeting depends on your preparation and technical comfort level:
⏱️ Prepared & Technically Inclined: usually 45 minutes to 1 hour.
⏱️ Prepared but Less Tech-Savvy: often 1 hour 30 minutes or more.
📌 Important: If the meeting looks like it will exceed 1 hour, I will stop the session 5 minutes before the hour mark and schedule a continuation meeting.
This ensures we stay focused, efficient, and respectful of your time.
Short answer: ❌ No. Must use a laptop/desktop/Mac (repeat the non-negotiable).
Please prepare the following before our Technical Setup Meeting so we can complete your Stripe account without delays:
- Organization Number
- IBAN Number (for payouts to your bank account)
- Business Name – the name you want your clients to see (e.g., on invoices, receipts, and payment links)
- Finalized Packages/Offers – the exact services or programs you will be selling, including names, prices, and payment options (this should already be agreed upon in the Startup Meeting).
📌 Tip: Deciding the business name and packages in advance avoids long pauses during the setup call and ensures we can finish Stripe smoothly.
You will need to recover your account before the meeting. Without access, we cannot proceed with the setup. Use Facebook’s account recovery process in advance. Or create a new account beforehand.
You are the one paying for your ads directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), not to GetResults. Our company manages the setup, targeting, and optimization, but the ad spend is billed straight to your own card by Meta. This also ensures full transparency and control over your advertising costs.
➡️ As stated in the collaboration/project contract, ad spend is separate from our service fee.
GHL (GoHighLevel) is the system we use to collect and organize your leads, bookings, and automations. You don’t need to worry about the technical setup — our technical team handles that part. The campaign manager focuses on running your campaigns (leads, targeting, KPIs, and data). This way, you don’t have to learn the system unless you want to — you can simply focus on following up with leads.
No. When you connect your calendar, only your available time slots are shared — not the details of your personal events. For example, if you have a private meeting in your calendar, it will simply show as “unavailable” to others. Your actual calendar details remain private.
That works perfectly fine. Just share the link to your current booking system (like Calendly or similar), and Kent will make sure it’s integrated so it shows up smoothly on the booking page.
We strongly recommend using the system we’ve suggested, as it’s already tested and proven to work smoothly with our workflows. This ensures your setup is faster, more reliable, and avoids potential delays or issues. In some rare cases (such as Wix, ClickFunnels or Kajabi ), we can look into exceptions, but this would need approval from the campaign manager.
Your campaign manager will provide the booking link at the end of your Startup Call. In some cases, the link might not appear immediately due to system updates, scheduling adjustments, or technical settings being finalized. If that happens, you can use the button on this page to access the one-time booking link.
📌 Important: Only clients who have completed the Startup Call are eligible to book a Technical Setup Call.
